I'm not a professional athlete. I'm not a coach. I'm someone who ran — and kept running — because I needed to find something inside myself that I thought I'd lost. Born in Rio de Janeiro, now living in California, I spent years chasing finish lines around the world. But the real journey was never about medals. It was about learning who I really was — mile after mile, step after step.
Running to Myself is the story of that journey — the one race that mattered most: the race to reconnect with life, family, health, and meaning. If the stories in the book can help even one person take their first step, face their own race, or find their way back to themselves — that's the only finish line that matters.
If you’ve got a dream, a question, or even a crazy idea — don’t hold back. Reach out.
